Concordia football will make its 2017 home debut on Saturday when Ottawa University invades Bulldog Stadium. Both teams are looking for their first win of the new campaign.
Though a rash of penalties and turnovers doomed the Bulldogs in their season opener, sophomore Ryan Durdon emerged as a bright spot by rushing for 208 yards and a touchdown. Concordia fell, 28-13, at Kansas Wesleyan.
Game week has arrived for the Concordia football program, which will travel to play No. 20 Kansas Wesleyan as part of the KCAC/GPAC Challenge on Saturday. The Bulldogs went 7-3 in 2016.
