    Hager selected to CSC Academic All-District Team

    The Concordia Football program has landed a student-athlete on the Academic All-District® Football Team. The honoree for 2022 is Toby Hager, an offensive lineman and long snapper who studies Business Administration.

    Headlining the 2022 All-GPAC Football team for the Bulldogs, Korrell Koehlmoos and Michael Grindey were named first team selections. Second team honors went to Kaden Peters and Devon Polley. Eight total Bulldogs were honored.

    Season closes with loss to potent Mustangs

    There was no margin for error on Saturday (Nov. 12) as the Bulldogs entertained top-ranked Morningside. The Mustangs got a big day from Ryan Cole and came away with the 55-18 victory. Concordia honored its seniors prior to kickoff.

    All phases contribute in road rout of Briar Cliff

    In its final road outing of the 2022 season, the Concordia football team scored the final 31 points and ran away with a 45-10 win over Briar Cliff. Both DJ McGarvie and Korrell Koehlmoos broke program single season records in the victory.

    In its final road game of 2022, Concordia will head to Briar Cliff for a matchup with the Chargers. The Bulldogs (3-5) own a 16-3 all-time series record after wining the 2021 matchup, 61-21, in Seward.

    Lang hauls in three touchdown receptions in tight loss at No. 14 Midland

    Five-hundred yards of offensive output wasn’t quite enough on Saturday (Oct. 29) as the Concordia University Football team suffered another close loss. No. 14 Midland defeated the Bulldogs, 41-31, despite three touchdowns from Luke Lang.

    The Bulldogs came within an eyelash of extending their win streak in last week's 29-28 loss to Dordt. After three in a row at home, Concordia will take on rival Midland in Fremont on Saturday for the 67th all-time series meeting.
