2011 Outstanding Teacher of the Year

Dr. Thaddeus Warren has been teaching psychology, education and theology classes at Concordia University, Nebraska for 15 years. His favorite thing about teaching at Concordia is how God uses the university to build His kingdom. “It is a transformative place,” he says, “and it is an honor to be able to be a part of how God uses this place to shape so many.”

Before serving as a professor, Warren earned a B.S. in education and psychology, Lutheran Teachers Diploma, DCE Specialist degree and M.S. in family life from Concordia Nebraska. He also holds an M.A. in clinical counseling and a Ph.D. in education and human development. He has served as a teacher and DCE in the past, as well.

Dr. Warren is passionate about helping others explore the amazing life we are given in creation and learning how we are so incredibly wired to walk in relationship with each other and our Creator. We truly are fearfully and wonderfully made!

I love it here as I get to work directly with students and am able to freely share my faith in Christ in all that I do.
