Dr. Adam Francisco to speak as part of the 500th Reformation Anniversary Celebration

Dr. Adam Francisco will speak as part of the 500th Reformation Anniversary Lecture Series at Concordia on Jan. 23.

Dr. Adam Francisco will be presenting “Confession/Witness: Luther as Apologist” as part of the 500th Reformation Anniversary Lecture Series from 1:30-3 p.m., Jan. 23, 2017, in the Weller Chapel on the campus of Concordia University, Nebraska.

Dr. Adam Francisco earned his Ph.D. from Oxford University before writing and editing a variety of works from the book “Martin Luther and Islam, Where Christ is Present to Making the Case for Christianity: Responding to Modern Objections, Resurrection: Fact.” He currently serves as professor of history and political thought at Concordia University, Irvine, California.

Prior to joining the faculty in 2007, he worked as assistant professor of history at Concordia College, New York and from 2004–2005 was the Albin Salton Fellow at University of London’s Warburg Institute.
