Due to inclement weather and poor field conditions, Concordia has now postponed a GPAC home doubleheader for the second day in a row. Saturday's scheduled twin bill versus Dordt will be moved to a date that is yet to be determined.
Concordia could not hold leads in either end of Tuesday's doubleheader at Friends University. Neil Ryan provided a solid game 2 start on the mound and Christian Meza went 4-for-6 on the day for the Bulldogs (11-9).
The GPAC's highest scoring team is slated to play three doubleheaders during this week's action. The Bulldogs will open up conference play this weekend, hosting Northwestern on Friday and Dordt on Saturday.
The Bulldogs kept the merry-go-round spinning with 12 hits, nine walks and three hit batsmen as part of a 15-4 win at Nebraska Wesleyan on Sunday. Concordia (11-7) won three of four weekend contests.
