Shelbi Kottich has been serving at Concordia University, Nebraska since 2021 and currently holds a multi-faceted role that allows her to walk alongside graduate students throughout their academic journey. She serves as a graduate adjunct instructor, Graduate & Adult Student Success Advisor and Graduate Enrollment Specialist.
Kottich teaches MBA 525: Leadership and Organizational Behavior and advises students across several of Concordia’s graduate programs. Whether helping a prospective student understand degree options or guiding an enrolled student through academic planning, she finds purpose in offering clarity, encouragement and care at each step of the process.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Midland University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago, where she is also currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership. She is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
She and her husband, Isaiah, live with their two daughters, Preslee and Pierce, and their two dogs, Boz and Frankie. Kottich enjoys running, golfing, reading and spending time outdoors with her family.
