Luke Becker is an educator, strategist and business professional with extensive experience in higher education, leadership development and organizational analytics. Throughout his career, he has taught and coached learners across multiple institutions, serving as an adjunct professor in business, finance and strategy-focused programs. Becker's work integrates academic rigor with practical, real-world insight gained through years of teaching, consulting and community leadership.

Deeply rooted in his local community, Becker and his wife remain actively involved in school initiatives, local events and service organizations. Outside the classroom, he is a devoted father of four, a lifelong learner and someone who enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, taking on home projects and cheering on his kids’ activities.

Becker holds advanced academic training in business and leadership disciplines, including a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics from Upper Iowa University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Iowa State University. He continues to expand his expertise through ongoing research, professional development and collaboration with industry partners.
