402-643-7427 kenneth.sankey@cune.eduDr. Ken Sankey has served at Concordia University, Nebraska since 2016. His current position is director of the M.Ed. Educational Administration program. Sankey's work involves working with graduate students and instructors, developing new courses and revising programs to ensure compliance with accreditation and state regulations.
Dr. Sankey graduated from Concordia in 1980 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. He served in Lutheran elementary schools as teacher and/or principal for 31 years. Following his elementary experience, Sankey entered Lutheran higher education in 2012 as a professor or program director of graduate programs.
Dr. Sankey is married to Dr. Lorinda Sankey ’80, dean of the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences. Their three children and their spouses are graduates of Concordia Nebraska. The first grandchild is currently an undergraduate student at Concordia. Ken and Lorinda reside in Seward.
