Dr. Erica Lamm-Denny has taught in Concordia University, Nebraska’s MBA program for many years, including five years as program director. She currently serves as an instructional technologist at Creighton University and is grateful to remain connected to Concordia, where she previously spent 11 years as an undergraduate communication professor.
She holds a B.A. in Communication from Luther College, an M.A. and Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Maryland, College Park and an MBA from Concordia University, Nebraska.
Dr. Lamm-Denny has designed and taught numerous courses in Concordia’s MBA program, including leadership and organizational behavior, entrepreneur development, effective decision-making and leadership and the ethical and legal environment in business. She also teaches M.A. courses at Grand Canyon University, doctoral courses at Liberty University, and both M.A. and B.A. courses at Bellevue University, alongside her full-time work supporting faculty in academic technology at Creighton.
She lives in Papillion, Nebraska, with her husband, Alfred, their blended family of three children—including two who are now grown and out on their own—and a lively assortment of pets, which she fondly calls “a joyful zoo.”
