Dr. Drew Stevens, Ph.D., is a nationally recognized financial advisor, author and educator with more than 40 years of professional experience in business, leadership and organizational development. In addition to leading a successful fiduciary advisory practice, Dr. Stevens has taught as an adjunct professor since 1996, designing and delivering graduate and executive-level courses at multiple universities.
He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership from Capella University and is known for bringing real-world business insight, behavioral science and practical leadership application into the classroom. His engaging, learner-centered teaching style has earned him numerous accolades, including the William T. Kemper Award for Teaching Excellence (2023).
A prolific course designer and mentor, Dr. Stevens blends decades of industry experience with contemporary research in leadership, ethics and performance management to equip MBA students with the knowledge and confidence needed to lead in complex organizational environments.
