    The No. 5 Bulldogs hosted No. 12 Briar Cliff on Saturday afternoon inside Friedrich Arena. With both defenses playing tough, the Chargers were able to keep the home offense at bay in a 54-42 loss against the visitors.

    Fifth-ranked Concordia turned a 12-point fourth-quarter deficit into a three-point lead before eventually falling in overtime at No. 1 Dordt, 94-84. Kristin Vieselmeyer posted a career-high 27 points.
