Tuition and Fees Payment Due Date – Payment for tuition, fees, room and meals is due on the Monday of the second week of class. The amount due is calculated as the tuition, fees, room and meal charges minus authorized financial aid and loans that have been confirmed by the Financial Aid Office. See payment options for more information.

Payments for Fall 2023 are due by August 28, 2023
Payments for Spring 2024 are due by January 16, 2024

Late Payment Fee – A late payment fee of $375 is assessed on accounts that are not paid by the due date of each semester.

Student Accounts Hold - Failure to settle your account balance by the established due dates will result in a student accounts hold (along with a late fee) being placed on your student account. Students with a student accounts hold are unable to register for future courses, receive a transcript, or receive their diplomas.

The following updated policy regarding late and/or returned payments will become effective beginning Spring Semester 2024: A student accounts hold will be removed following the timeframes outlined below, once a student’s account has been paid in full or other satisfactory payment arrangements have been made.

  • Past Due Balances for all Current and Noncurrent Students – If a payment has been made after the semester due date, there is a holding period based on what type of payment is made to resolve the past due balance. Your hold will be removed based on the following timeframes:
    • If you pay by cashier’s check or cash in office, the hold will be removed at time of payment.
    • If you pay by credit/debit card online, the hold will be removed the following business day.
    • If you pay by checking or savings online, or by personal check, the hold will be removed after 10 business days.
  • Payments that have been Attempted and Returned - If a payment has been attempted and returned to the University for any reason, successful completion of the payment must be made. There is a holding period based on what type of payment is made for future attempts.

PLEASE NOTE: Student accounts holds are manually removed. Therefore, to ensure timely removal prior to registration, make sure your account is resolved by following the appropriate payment hold times outlined above, NO LATER THAN the end of business day PRIOR to your registration day.

The above policy will be enforced whether paying your balance in full or whether you are signed up for a monthly payment plan. If you are on a monthly payment plan and due to timing of the November and/or March payments in conjunction with registration dates, the University reserves the right to remove registration if your monthly payment does not get made or is returned for any reason, until such time your account is brought current. At that time, your student may register again.
