Scott Paine is a seasoned educational leader with over ten years of experience serving as a district-level athletic director across multiple school systems. In 2018 Scott earned a dual Master's in Athletic and Business Administration. Additionally, Scott holds his Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA) designation through the NIAAA. He currently serves as co-leader for LTC 613 and 614, focusing on technology integration in athletic administration, where he helps guide athletic directors across the country in leveraging digital tools to enhance program operations.
Paine is an adjunct faculty member for Concordia University, Nebraska's graduate-level athletic administration program, where he teaches courses in sports marketing, fundraising, finance and legal/ethical leadership. His professional career spans both education and the private sector, and he now works with national EdTech companies that support K–12 and collegiate athletic programs through innovative software and strategic partnerships.
A passionate advocate for leadership development in interscholastic athletics, Paine has been published five times in IAA Magazine and continues to contribute to the field through writing, teaching and presenting at state and national conferences. He brings a unique blend of practical leadership experience, instructional expertise, and industry insight to help prepare the next generation of athletic administrators to lead with clarity, creativity and impact.
