Lori Johnson has served at Concordia University, Nebraska since December 2017. She manages undergraduate admissions operations and oversees the training of new admissions counselors throughout their first year.
Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a Kindergarten Certificate from North Central University in 1993 and completed her Master of Business Administration at Concordia Nebraska in 2024. She is involved in the Nebraska Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers as a committee member and is also a member of the Great Plains Association for College Admissions Counseling.
Beyond her work at Concordia, Johnson serves as the Worship Arts Deaconess at Beth-El Community Church in Milford, Nebraska. She and her husband, Mark, who works in Concordia’s Buildings & Grounds department, have seven children: Justin and wife Kaylie, Anna ’22, Joshua, Andrew, David and wife Emily and James.
Johnson is deeply invested in worship ministry and considers her involvement at church, along with her roles as wife, mother and Partner in Ministry at Concordia, to be her greatest joys and callings.

Lori Johnson
