Jon Krause

Jon Krause joined Concordia University, Nebraska in June 2024, initially serving as a Graduate Recruiter before moving into his current role as Associate Vice President of Graduate Programs and Operations. In this position, Krause helps lead and support the university’s growing portfolio of graduate programs, working to ensure an excellent experience for students from application to graduation. 

Before joining Concordia, Krause spent 35 years in the business world, serving in a variety of sales and sales leadership roles.  

Originally from Milwaukee, Krause lived in the Dallas area for about 15 years before moving to Seward in 2008 with his wife, Jenny, and their four children. He is an active member of St. John Lutheran Church in Seward and enjoys traveling, sports and spending time with his family.
