Dr. Travis Roehr is Chief Operating Officer at Roehr’s Machinery, Inc. and an experienced business professor, teaching leadership, management, human resources and operations management at Bellevue University and Metropolitan Community College since 2013. With nearly two decades of executive leadership, he emphasizes practical application of business theory, preparing students for real-world decision-making with a focus on ethical leadership and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Roehr holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership in Higher Education from Gwynedd Mercy University and completed doctoral coursework at Creighton University. He also earned a Master of Arts in Management with an emphasis in Leadership from Doane University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Kansas State University.

An active member of Lincoln Berean Church, Dr. Roehr integrates Christian values into his professional and community life, serving in leadership mentoring and youth athletics. He and his wife, Katie, live in Lincoln, Nebraska, with their three children. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he enjoys golfing, cheering on Nebraska volleyball and spending summers with his family at the Lake of the Ozarks.
