Dr. Benjamin Boche has served as an adjunct instructor at Concordia University, Nebraska since 2016. He teaches one of the educational administration program’s core courses, EDUC 594, contributing to the preparation and development of future educational leaders.

Dr. Boche is an Associate Professor of Education at Valparaiso University, where he works full-time preparing future teachers and educational professionals. Prior to pursuing his doctoral studies, he taught in Lutheran schools, grounding his academic and professional work in faith-based education and classroom practice.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Science in Education from Concordia University, Nebraska, and a Ph.D. in Education from Purdue University. His teaching and scholarship reflect a deep commitment to teacher formation, educational leadership and the integration of faith and learning in educational settings.
