Brian Falls serves as an adjunct instructor at Concordia University, Nebraska. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri and works as a counselor and consultant with H&H Health Associates, a family-owned Employee Assistance Plan provider in the St. Louis area. In this role, he provides individual counseling, mental health education and crisis debriefing services for organizations and individuals in a variety of settings.
Falls earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and a Director of Christian Education (DCE) certification from Concordia University, Nebraska in 2009 and 2010, respectively. After serving in a called DCE role, he returned to school and earned a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University in 2014. His professional experience includes working in urban, suburban and rural mental health settings.
At Concordia, Falls teaches courses focused on family and relationships, drawing from his experience as a mental health professional and his passion for helping others understand the impact of family systems. His teaching emphasizes the ways family relationships shape individuals while encouraging students to apply course concepts in meaningful, practical ways.
Falls and his wife, Laura, are the parents of Sawyer, Sadie and their rescue dog, Tuesday. They enjoy spending time together as a family and serving others through their community.
