Amy Harms has taught in Concordia University, Nebraska’s health and human performance department, as well as general studies courses, since 2006. She earned both her B.S. in Secondary Education (’04) and M.S. in Education (’05) from Concordia. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and American Red Cross instructor in First Aid/CPR/AED, she is passionate about nutrition and fitness, helping her family and others live healthy, active lifestyles. Amy enjoys strength training, sports, officiating basketball and volleyball, and volunteering with youth athletics. She and husband, Nolan, who also teaches in the HHP department, have two daughters, Nevaeh and Johanna.
