The Bulldogs will attempt to make it three in a row at home as they prepare to host Waldorf for the GPAC opener on Saturday. Concordia went 2-0 at the Cattle Classic behind Brooks Kissinger.

Brooks Kissinger starred at the Cattle Classic with 49 combined points in wins over Oklahoma City and Clarke. Kissinger also added 16 rebounds and 11 assists in a breakthrough weekend.

The 26th annual Cattle Classic will play out Nov. 7-8 and will feature a total of eight basketball games inside Friedrich Arena. The event raises money and food for local food pantries.

A tough test against a strong Wayland Baptist foe resulted in a 75-72 loss for the Bulldogs on day two of the Tabor Classic. Brooks Kissinger and Dane Jacobsen paced Concordia with 17 points apiece.

Tate Odvody and the splash brothers combined for 15 treys from beyond the arc to run away with an 85-60 victory over the Tabor in the second half on Friday. The Bulldog 9-0 stretch entering the break would begin the end of the Bluejays.
