Registration Spring 2015
Online registration for Seward undergraduates will remain open until the end of free add/drop on Monday, January 19, 2015. Students who stop attending a course after January 19 must come to the Registrar's Office for a withdrawal slip. Failure to submit a withdrawal slip by the withdrawal deadline will result in a failing grade for the course.
- The last day to withdraw from a third quarter course is February 17. (Third quarter courses only meet during the first half of the spring semester.)
- The last day to withdraw from a fourth quarter course is April 17. (Fourth quarter courses only meet during the second half of the spring semester.)
- The deadline to withdraw from a full-semester course is April 17.

Traditional undergraduate students at the Seward campus who plan to graduate in May and August 2015 should notify the Registrar's Office by submitting a graduation application. Applications are due by January 23, 2015.
Graduates are invited to participate in the commencement ceremony at the Seward campus on May 9, 2015.
Reminders about Degrees
Note on credit hours
All undergraduate students who started their degree at Concordia before the 2013-14 academic year must complete at least 128 credit hours in order to receive a degree. A second bachelor's degree requires an additional 30 semester hours, or a minimum of 158 hours. Please see the Registrar's Office for exceptions to this policy.
All students who start their degree at Concordia in the 2013-14 academic year and after must complete a minimum of 120 hours for one degree, and an additional 30 hours for two degrees.
Note: degrees are not the same as majors. See your undergraduate catalog for a list of majors. The following are the traditional undergraduate degrees offered at Concordia:
- Bachelor of Science in Education
- Bachelor of Science
- Bachelor of Arts
- Bachelor of Music
- Bachelor of Fine Arts
Students accept full responsibility for meeting all requirements for graduation. This includes keeping track of the minimum number of hours required for graduation.
