Registration Spring 2014
The end of free add/drop is Monday, January 20, 2014. Students who stop attending a course after January 20 must contact the Registrar's Office for a withdrawal slip.
The last day to withdraw from a third quarter course is February 18. (Third quarter courses only meet during the first half of the spring semester.)
The last day to withdraw from a fourth quarter course is April 17. (Fourth quarter courses only meet during the second half of the spring semester.)
The deadline to withdraw from a full-semester course is April 17.
Registration Summer 2014
Registration for the summer semester for all students begins on Tuesday, Match 25. No alt pin is needed for summer registration.
Summer courses must be dropped on the third day of the course for a full refund.
Registration Fall 2014
Students begin fall registration on the following dates:
Seniors: Tuesday, March 25
Juniors: Thursday, March 27
Sophomores: Tuesday, April 1
Freshmen: Tuesday, April 8
Registration begins at 6 am on the above dates.
Graduation May and August 2014
Traditional undergraduate students at the Seward campus who plan to graduate on May 10 or August 22, 2014 should notify the Registrar's Office by submitting a graduation application. Applications are due by January 24. Please visit the commencement webpage at for information about the commencement ceremony at the Seward campus on May 10.
Reminders about Degrees
Note on credit hours
All undergraduate students who started their degree at Concordia before the 2013-14 academic year must complete at least 128 credit hours in order to receive a degree. A second bachelor's degree requires an additional 30 semester hours, or a minimum of 158 hours. Please see the Registrar's Office for exceptions to this policy.
All students who start their degree at Concordia in the 2013-14 academic year and after must complete a minimum of 120 hours for one degree, and an additional 30 hours for two degrees.
Note: degrees are not the same as majors. See your undergraduate catalog for a list of majors. The following are the traditional undergraduate degrees offered at Concordia:
- Bachelor of Science in Education
- Bachelor of Science
- Bachelor of Arts
- Bachelor of Music
- Bachelor of Fine Arts
Students accept full responsibility for meeting all requirements for graduation. This includes keeping track of the minimum number of hours required for graduation.
