Registration Fall 2013
Undergraduate students on the Seward campus who stop attending a course after September 2 must contact the Registrar's Office for a withdrawal slip. The deadline for withdrawing from a full-term or second quarter course is November 22.
Registration Spring 2014
Registration on the Seward campus begins on the following dates:
Seniors - October 29
Juniors - October 31
Sophomores - November 5
Freshmen - November 12
The end of free add/drop is Monday, January 20, 2014.
Graduation December 2013
Traditional undergraduate students at the Seward campus who plan to graduate on December 20, 2013 should notify the Registrar's Office by submitting a graduation application. Applications are due by September 20.
Graduation May and August 2014
Traditional undergraduate students at the Seward campus who plan to graduate on May 10 or August 22, 2014 should notify the Registrar's Office by submitting a graduation application. Applications are due by January 24.
Reminders about Degrees
Note on credit hours
All undergraduate students who started their degree at Concordia before the 2013-14 academic year must complete at least 128 credit hours in order to receive a degree. A second bachelor's degree requires an additional 30 semester hours, or a minimum of 158 hours. Please see the Registrar's Office for exceptions to this policy.
All students who start their degree at Concordia in the 2013-14 academic year and after must complete a minimum of 120 hours for one degree, and an additional 30 hours for two degrees.
Note: degrees are not the same as majors. See your undergraduate catalog for a list of majors. The following are the traditional undergraduate degrees offerred at Concordia:
- Bachelor of Science in Education
- Bachelor of Science
- Bachelor of Arts
- Bachelor of Music
- Bachelor of Fine Arts
Students accept full responsibility for meeting all requirements for graduation. This includes keeping track of the minium number of hours required for graduation.
