Jessica Manley has been part of the Concordia University, Nebraska community since 2008, serving in a variety of roles within the office of admission. In her current role as guest experience coordinator, she is the primary point of contact for students and families visiting campus. She plans and coordinates personalized campus visits, group visit days and overnight stays for high school groups, ensuring every guest experiences the warmth and hospitality of the Concordia community. 

In addition to managing visit schedules, Manley works closely with departments across campus to coordinate guest housing and logistics. She also oversees the use and maintenance of university vehicles for recruitment travel and events. 

Manley grew up in Seward, Nebraska, and has deep roots in the community. She holds a degree in human services from Southeast Community College in Lincoln. She is passionate about helping prospective students and families discover all that Concordia has to offer and is committed to creating a welcoming, Christ-centered environment for every guest. 

She and her husband, Eric, have three children. Their oldest daughter, Emily, is a Concordia alumna and currently teaches in Lincoln. Their younger children, Delaney and Rider, keep the family active and involved. Manley and her family attend The Rock Lutheran Church in Seward. In her free time, she enjoys music, reading, gardening, cooking and spending time traveling and camping with her family. 

Manley values Concordia for its Christ-centered mission and the strong relationships she has built over her 17 years of service.
