Dr. Frank Miner teaches criminal justice courses at Concordia as an adjunct instructor. Miner earned his bachelor of arts from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and his Juris Doctor from Washburn College of Law. Miner is licensed to practice law in both the States of Nebraska and Texas. Miner served for 11 years in the Nebraska and Kansas National Guard. As the owner of his own law firm since 2000, Miner has:

  • Extensive experience representing clients in criminal law matters
  • Appeared in both Juvenile and Criminal Courts and represented clients in both areas of law both at the State and Federal level
  • Extensive experience in litigation and representing clients in multiple areas of the law
  • Extensive representation in worker’s compensation and Injury matters
  • Extensive representation in bankruptcy law
  • Corporate representation including the formation of corporations as well as the formation of partnerships and LLCs and representation before state agencies

  • Extensive experience in probate matters including probating of estates, guardianships and conservatorships and estate planning
