President's 2010 Scholarships announced

Concordia has announced the recipients of this year's President's Scholarships, its most prestigious academic award for incoming students. The renewable scholarship is worth $15,000 a year for a possible total of $60,000 over four years. Recipients of the award meet the highest academic standards and are leaders in their local schools, churches and communities.
"The academic gifts and co-curricular talents of these students will be a blessing to the campus community," said Rev. Dr. Brian Friedrich, Concordia's president. "We are delighted they have selected Concordia University and look forward to helping them to continue to learn, serve and lead during the next four years."
