The first phase of renovations to the physical education building at Concordia University, Nebraska is underway.  Equipment, weight and locker rooms will be remodeled, the roof will be replaced, the wiring, plumbing and other utilities will be updated and a wrestling room will be completed. The project is scheduled to be done in five phases.

Because of the construction, teams and activities that use the space have been relocated to the Waltz Human Performance Complex and the hours the field house is available for public use have been adjusted.

While school is in session during second semester, open recreation hours for the field house are weekdays, 6 – 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. All those using the facility are required to sign a waiver the first time they use the field house, and no children under the age of 18 are allowed without adult supervision. The field house is closed during the summer.
