Alpha Sigma Phi

A group of law students having a conversation with a Police Officer

Alpha Phi Sigma recognizes academic excellence in undergraduate students in the criminal justice major and minor. The goals of Alpha Phi Sigma are to honor and promote academic excellence, community service, educational leadership and unity. Alpha Phi Sigma is the only criminal justice honor society in the United States, is a certified member of the Association of College Honor Societies and is affiliated with the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences.  Concordia University is one of only four Universities in the State of Nebraska to have an Alpha Phi Sigma chapter. Our meetings include speakers from law enforcement, the courts, corrections, law schools and federal law enforcement agencies such as the FBI. We meet monthly and members are eligible to attend an annual national conference.
