• Following a close defeat at No. 14 Jamestown, the Bulldogs face two significant challenges this week in the form of No. 20 Morningside and Northwestern. Head Coach Ben Limback's squad stands at 11-7 overall, 7-5 GPAC.

  • Concordia trailed by as many as 19 points and still faced a 12-point hole with less than 3:30 remaining on Saturday in Jamestown. Garrett Seagren spurred a frantic rally that came up just short in a 69-64 loss to the 14th-ranked Jimmies.

  • This past weekend's win over Dakota Wesleyan kept the Bulldogs in the thick of things near the top of the GPAC standings. At 7-4 in league play, Concordia has a mid-week bye before hitting the road to play No. 9 Jamestown on Saturday.

  • As a bright spot, Brad Bennett racked up a team high 22 points on Thursday (Jan. 5). However, the Bulldogs struggled defensively and fell flat at Mount Marty, 89-64. Bennett stepped into the starting lineup in the absence of Tristan Smith.

  • A career high 32-point outing has resulted in Noah Schutte being named the GPAC Player of the Week for the second time this 2022-23 season. Schutte leads the Bulldogs with an average of 18.9 points per game.

  • The New Year brings a return to conference action as the Bulldogs are slated to play at Mount Marty and then host Dakota Wesleyan. Noah Schutte comes off a week in which he totaled 51 points in road games versus SAC opponents.

  • The painfully visible injury to Tristan Smith became the story on Friday (Dec. 30) as the Bulldogs wound up falling at USAO, 76-66. Concordia played most of the game without both Smith brothers while leaning heavily upon Noah Schutte.
