Jeff Pasold completed his first season assisting the Concordia University softball team in 2017. Pasold has spent more than 20 years coaching softball.
A graduate of Wayne State College, Pasold has led the Norfolk Golden Girls Summer Club Softball to two state championships (2014 and 2016). Pasold has also volunteered as coach for the sports of softball, football, basketball, golf and track and field at Lutheran High Northeast and for one year for the Central Community College softball team.
Pasold earned four letters as a member of the Wayne State baseball team. He also earned All-America and all-conference recognition as a punter for the Wildcat football squad. Pasold went on to play or coach fast-pitch softball for 24 years, making 14 national tournament appearances and two world tournament appearances.
The Norfolk, Neb., native has spent 28 years in the insurance agency industry. Additionally, he previously spent 28 years officiating high school and college basketball and served as a NCAA Division I football referee.
Pasold graduated from Wayne State with a B.S. in physical education and athletic training. He and his wife Beth have a daughter Janey and son Garret. Janey is a current member of the Bulldog softball team.
