National recognition came the way of the Concordia University Track & Field 4x800 meter relay that starred at Concordia Polar Dog Invite. The USTFCCCA honored the group as NAIA Women's National Athletes of the Week.
Concordia Track & Field will get comfortable at its home Walz Fieldhouse for the third-straight meet to begin the 2023-24 indoor season. Athletes from 10 institutions are set to compete at this weekend's Concordia Classic.
While making a return to action, Concordia athletes combined to for five new meet records and two fresh automatic national qualifying standards. Leading the way, Kylahn Freiberg crushed the 5k and Zach Zohner upped his NAIA best pole vault mark.
The resumption of the 2023-24 indoor season was put on hold another week due to inclement wintry weather. The Bulldogs will welcome athletes from 11 different institutions at Friday's Polar Dog Invite.
Following a break of more than a month, Concordia Track & Field is set to resume the 2023-24 indoor season with representation at two weekend meets. The Bulldogs piled up 18 auto marks in the season's first meet.

The track & field season started with a bang at the Bulldog Early Bird Meet as Concordia athletes combined for 18 automatic national qualifying standards. Hayley Miles and Adrianna Rodencal both broke school records.
For the fifth year in a row, Concordia Track & Field will open the indoor season by hosting the Bulldog Early Bird Meet. Athletes from 12 competing institutions will join Concordia inside the Fieldhouse on Friday and Saturday (Dec. 8-9).
The 2023-24 indoor track & field schedule has been set as Head Coach Matt Beisel used the copy-and-paste method from past campaigns to formulate the upcoming season catalog. The season will get underway for the fifth year in a row with the Bulldog Early Bird Meet.
