Another major challenge awaits Concordia's defense as the Bulldogs get set to host Dordt this Saturday in a matchup of 4-1 teams. Concordia is 9-3 in the all-time series versus the Defenders.
A bend-but-don’t-break defense kept the Bulldogs in it until the bitter end Saturday (Oct. 17) at Northwestern. Ultimately, Tyson Kooima and the Red Raiders claimed victory, 31-17.
The Bulldogs face their stiffest challenge yet as they prepare to head to Northwestern on Saturday. Concordia (4-0) last won in Orange City in 2002. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
This Saturday (Oct. 10)'s scheduled GPAC football matchup between Concordia and Dakota Wesleyan has been postponed. The makeup date is set for Saturday, Nov. 21.
After notching two sacks and three tackles in a dominant defensive performance versus Jamestown, senior Chase Hammons was named GPAC Defensive Player of the Week.
