Another nationally ranked GPAC foe is coming up for the Bulldogs, who hope to build upon their 27-23 come-from-behind win over Jamestown. Concordia will meet up with Dordt for the 16th all-time series meeting.
Concordia found itself down 10 points on the road before rallying behind the running of Devin Zeigler. The Houston native found the end zone three times and Kyle Sterup made two sacks as the Bulldogs won at Jamestown, 27-23.
After making a strong push against No. 1 Northwestern, the Bulldogs will hit the road for the first time in 2023. Concordia will be at Jamestown for a 1 p.m. CT kickoff on Saturday. It will be the sixth all-time meeting between the two sides.
Concordia has announced a change to the kickoff time for the Sept. 30 home game versus Briar Cliff. Instead of a 1 p.m. start, the game will get underway at 6 p.m. CT underneath the lights inside Bulldog Stadium.

After tying for sixth place in the conference in 2022, Concordia Football has been pegged at No. 6 in the 2023 GPAC Preseason Football Coaches’ Poll. The Bulldogs pulled in 57 points, landing just behind Hastings (59).

"United in Purpose," the 2001 Concordia Football Team reached heights no other squad in program history has ever attained. Led by Coach Courtney Meyer, the Bulldogs enjoyed a special journey that resulted in a GPAC championship and national quarterfinal appearance.
