As part of senior day festivities the 12th-ranked Bulldogs dominated the second half and thumped rival Doane, 89-59, on Wednesday (Feb. 19). Senior Tristan Smith posted 19 points and nine rebounds in the win.
A group of 11 Bulldogs represented Concordia Men's Basketball on the list of 2024-25 NAIA Scholar-Athletes. Four of the honorees are repeat award winners.
Dominant play in wins over Hastings and Dakota Wesleyan resulted in Tristan Smith being named a GPAC Player of the Week for the fifth time this season. He continues to lead the conference in field goal percentage.

As announced by Small College Basketball, Tristan Smith has made the Bevo Francis Award Watch List of 50 players. Smith is averaging 20.3 points and 7.8 rebounds on the season.
There were times when the Bulldogs scored at will on Saturday (Feb. 15) behind the trio of Brooks Kissinger, Noah Schutte and Tristan Smith. Concordia toppled DWU, 91-76, inside Friedrich Arena.

While struggling to contain two star Red Raider freshmen, the 13th-ranked Bulldogs endured their first defeat in 50 days. Northwestern shot 55.7 percent and won, 87-70, on Saturday (Feb. 8).
A bye in the middle of the week will allow the Bulldogs to rest up before a Saturday clash at No. 16 Northwestern. Coach Limback's squad rides a 12-game winning streak into the week.
