The Concordia University men's basketball team picked up a 75-60 victory over the Midland Lutheran College Warriors on Wednesday evening in GPAC action at the MLC Event Center in Fremont, Neb.

The Bulldogs (10-15, 4-10 GPAC) powered through the victory, riding the momentum gained from taking Morningside, the No. 1 team in the country, into overtime Feb. 2.  Midland (3-22, 1-14 GPAC) continues to struggle, dropping their 20th consecutive game.

The Bulldogs' senior forward, Scott Hannon, led all scorers with 26 points on 7-of-14 shooting that included going 11-for-12 from the free throw line. Sophomore guard Austin Thoms contributed 17 points for the Bulldogs off the bench.

Midland was led offensively by Zac Gradoville with 15 points. Luke Simons added 14 points for the Warriors.

The Bulldogs will host the No. 19 Northwestern College Red Raiders Saturday afternoon in GPAC action at the Doghouse beginning at 4 p.m.
