The Concordia University, Nebraska athletic department has announced that the start time for the home cross country meet, the Concordia Invite, on Oct. 6 has been moved to 10 a.m. The meet was originally scheduled for a 10:30 a.m.
With the small number of teams competing at the meet and the forecast for warmer weather on Saturday afternoon the decision was made to start the meet at 10 a.m to avoid the heat. The women's race will kick things off at 10 a.m. with the men's race to follow around 10:30 am.
The Concordia Invite is run on the campus of Cocnordia is Seward, Neb. The course will be slightly different than in past years due to the ongoing construction of the new HHPAC facility.
