• A trio of Bulldogs earned place finishes at the Doane Open on Saturday (Dec. 4) in Crete, Neb., where Concordia wrestlers combined for 30 wins. The outing marked the fifth tournament this season for Head Coach Myron Bradbury's squad.

  • In an event that featured all nine GPAC wrestling institutions, the Bulldogs earned a win over Dakota Wesleyan and fell at the hands of Morningside on Saturday (Dec. 1). Jacob Telles provided one of the highlights with a pin to end the night.

  • For his performances at the Younes Hospitality Open, Mario Ybarra has been recognized as the GPAC Wrestler of the Week. Ybarra placed second in the 133-pound elite bracket and defeated two nationally ranked opponents.

  • Highlighting the efforts of 18 Bulldogs at the Younes Hospitality Open, Mario Ybarra claimed second place in the 133-pound elite division. Thomas Ivey and Mason Garcia also earned place finishes while up against top-notch competition.

  • There were few takeaways from the Dakota Wesleyan Open as the Bulldogs entered only five competitors into the tournament. Most notably, Isaac Agabin recorded two pins in action on Saturday (Nov. 13).

  • Dominant performances from Mason Garcia and Jacob Telles helped salvage the night to some degree as the Bulldogs hosted Hastings in their 2021-22 home debut. The Broncos wound up winning, 29-17, on Thursday (Nov. 11).

  • Jose Sanchez, Tavoris Smith and Mozes Valenzuela Smith combined for five wins while leading the Bulldogs at the Dan Harris Open on Sunday (Nov. 7). Sanchez paced the team with three wins.
