Led by the likes of Sarah Schwacher and Colten Uitermarkt, the Bulldogs won the sixth annual Concordia Bulldog Sporting Invitational (Oct. 2-3). The event featured competition in super sporting and sporting clays.
The sixth annual Concordia Bulldog Sporting Invitational will run Saturday and Sunday at Oak Creek Sporting Club in Brainard, Neb., home to the Bulldogs. More than 100 shooters will compete at the event.
While attempting to defend their 2020 conference championship, the Bulldogs placed second at the Prairie Circuit Conference Championships (Sept. 24-26) while led by HOA individual champion Wyatt Hambly.
Spurred by the likes of Colten Uitermarkt, Wyatt Hambly and Sarah Schwacher, the Bulldogs placed second at the Midland Warrior Open (Sept. 17-19) while breaking a program record for sporting clays.
The likes of Colten Uitermarkt and Sam Blevins led the way for the Bulldogs as they placed third out of 11 squads at the season opening Fort Hays State Shoot (Sept. 11-12). Uitermarkt placed fourth high overall.

The 2021-22 Concordia Shooting Sports schedule will feature 11 official events, including the sixth annual Concordia Bulldog Sporting Invitational. The season wraps up in the spring at the ACUI National Championships.
With his performances at in Kerville, Texas, this April, freshman Jack Nelson (Kimberly, Idaho) earned a spot in the USA Shotgun National Junior Team.
In action in San Antonio, Concordia Shooting Sports closed the 2020-21 season with a seventh-place finish at the ACUI National Championships. Erin Lokke closed her collegiate career with a title in skeet.
The likes of Wyatt Hambly, Russell Malterud and Sarah Schwacher (HOA female title) led the Bulldogs to a third-place team finish at the Doane Invite (March 6-7) in Lincoln.
