After tying for sixth place in the conference in 2022, Concordia Football has been pegged at No. 6 in the 2023 GPAC Preseason Football Coaches’ Poll. The Bulldogs pulled in 57 points, landing just behind Hastings (59).

As of National Signing Day 2023 (Feb. 1, 2023), the Concordia Football program has announced an initial recruiting class of 36 pledges/signees, including 33 high school prospects and three college transfers. Twenty-six hail from Nebraska.
A familiar face on the GPAC scene, Kevin Crume has been hired as Assistant Football Coach on the Concordia University Football staff. Crume will play an especially important role in recruiting on Coach Daberkow's staff.
