Following a win over the NAIA's top-ranked team, the Bulldogs are preparing for a challenging four-match slate at the CSM Labor Day Classic. The weekend includes clashes with No. 5 Eastern Oregon and No. 16 Viterbo.
After relinquishing late leads in the first and third sets in Friday (Aug. 22)'s showdown, the fourth-ranked Bulldogs (4-0) showed their mettle while toppling No. 1 Indiana Wesleyan in five sets.
Ashley Keck starred on Thursday (Aug. 21) as she moved past 1,000 career kills and led the fourth-ranked Bulldogs to two wins. Concordia defeated Columbia and MNU on day one of the Power Quad.
The second week of the 2025 season will test the fourth-ranked Bulldogs significantly. While in The Hoosier State, Concordia will take on Columbia, MidAmerica Nazarene and No. 1 Indiana Wesleyan.
In opening a highly anticipated 2025 season, the fourth-ranked Bulldogs trounced visiting York while using a balanced effort. Concordia limited the Panthers to a negative hitting percentage.
The lofty expectations for the Bulldogs are reflected in their preseason rankings. In rankings announced on Aug. 13, Concordia landed atop the GPAC poll and at No. 4 in the NAIA national poll.
