Join head coach, Ben Boldt, his staff, and the nationally-ranked Bulldogs for Concordia Volleyball Summer Camps in Seward, Neb.  At Concordia Volleyball Camps, you’ll experience high-level training in individual fundamentals and team concepts while having fun playing the sport we all love.

June 6 Setter/Hitter Position Camp

This position camp offers the opportunity for setters and hitters to work on the fundamentals of their respective position.  Campers will work on their position for the duration of camp and will also have the opportunity to set and hit off of each other in combination drills.  

Check-in:  8:30-9 a.m. 
Camp Duration: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Camp Fee:  $105   (includes t-shirts and lunch at the Concordia University Dining Hall)

Open to campers going into 5th-12th grades (Fall 2024)

June 7 Serve/Pass Camp 

Serving and Passing are two of the most important skills in our game.  If you and your team can control the serve/pass game during the course of a match, your chances of winning the match goes up.  This camp will offer campers the opportunity to work on the fundamentals of each skill and play in competitive serve/pass combination drills. All positions are welcome to join us!  Do you play front row?  Do you want to develop into a 6 rotation player? This camp is for you, too!

June 3 Junior Dogs Day Camp

A full day experience for our Junior Dogs.  This camp includes volleyball, games/relays, coloring and snack time.  Junior Dogs will enjoy getting to eat lunch in the Concordia University cafeteria.  Each Junior Dog will be assigned to a group supervised by 2-3 of our Bulldog Volleyball players throughout the entire camp and lunch break.

Camp Duration: 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Camp Fee:  $95  (includes t-shirt & Lunch at the Concordia University Dining Hall)

Open to campers going into 1st-5th grades (Fall 2024)
* Each camper should bring a box/baggie of crayons or markers labeled with their name for art segment. 

July 2 All Skills Day Camp

Our All-Skills Day Camp is an opportunity for campers to train individual fundamentals and skills in a one-day camp experience. Campers will enjoy learning techniques and key words for each skill and playing in combination drills and matches at the end of camp.

Camp Duration: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Camp Fee:  $105  (includes t-shirt & lunch at the Concordia University Dining Hall)

Open to campers going into 5th-12th grades (Fall 2024).

July 15-17 Individual All-Skills Overnight Camp

One of the only 3-day volleyball camp experiences available in the area, our Individual All-Skills Camp is an opportunity for campers to train individual fundamentals and skills with our Bulldog staff and players. The overnight dorm option for this camp also provides a unique experience to stay in a college dorm and eat in our cafeteria under the supervision of our camp staff.  Each evening, the staff provides a fun activity that our campers enjoy after a full day of training.  

Check-in:  12:45-1:45 p.m. Resident Campers,   1:30-2:00 p.m. Commuter
Camp Duration

  • Monday – 2:00-8:45 p.m.
  • Tuesday – 9 a.m.-8:45 p.m.
  • Wednesday – 9 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

Camp Fee:  

  • $270 Resident (includes 2 nights in dorm, all meals starting with dinner on Monday, and t-shirt)
  • $225 Commuter (no dorms - includes dinner on Mon., lunch/dinner on Tues. and t-shirt)

Open to campers going into 6-12 grades (Fall 2024).

July 15-16 Junior Dogs Individual Camp

This camp will focus on skill development and the FUNdamentals of volleyball. These skills will be incorporated into mini games, which are a fun style of learning. Quality teaching will be paired with energy and excitement from the Bulldogs.

Camp Duration:  9-11 a.m. Daily
Camp Fee:  $65 (includes t-shirt)

July 9-11 Team Residential Camp - SOLD OUT

Our Team Residential Camp is an opportunity for teams to get the full Bulldog training experience.  This overnight camp will include team training sessions, position training, wash drills, and team building activities.  Teams will also participate in the Team Camp Play Day on the final day of camp. This is a “must-do” camp for all teams, as it will allow teams to connect and grow both on and off the court in preparation for your high schools seasons.  

Check-In on Tuesday:  3:30pm-4:30pm (supper on your own after check-in)
Camp Duration: 

  • Tuesday – 6-9 p.m.
  • Wednesday – 9-12 p.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m.
    • Wednesday evening is designated for each team to do their own team activity, i.e go out to eat, entertainment in Lincoln, go to a movie, etc.  High school coaches will coordinate this for their own team.
  • Thursday - Play Day

Camp Fee:  $245 per person (min of 10 players per team)  1st coach is free, additional coaches are $50.

July 11 Team Camp Play Day

Our Team Camp Play Day is an opportunity for high school teams to get a full day of matches against other teams in the state and region.  Bulldog players will officiate matches, and the Concordia coaching staff will run the match schedule and tournament. Our team camp also features a hospitality room for coaches throughout the day.  Pizza is available for players/coaches from 11:30am-1:00pm.

Check-in:  8:15 a.m.-9:00 a.m.
Camp Duration:  9 a.m. until conclusion of all matches
Camp Fee:  $300 per team 

Open to all JV and Varsity high school teams. 

This camp will be limited to the first 35 teams that sign up!

Miscellaneous Camp Info:

All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee per camper, per camp.

Check-in location for each camp is located inside the north doors of Walz Arena, near the Bulldog statue.

A medical release, signed by a parent/guardian, is required at check-in.  A link to our medical form pdf is found near the registration button on this webpage.

Attire:  T-shirt, shorts, socks, tennis shoes.  Kneepads are not required but are encouraged.

Bring your own water bottle labeled clearly with your name. 

If you have any dietary needs during camp, please email Angie Boldt in advance and we will coordinate with our food services.

Dorm campers – keep in mind these are empty dorm rooms and bathrooms.  Each dorm room has a bed frame with mattress on it, and desk/chair.   It is not serviced like a hotel.  Campers should bring: bedding, pillow, towel, soaps, shampoos, etc.  Toilet paper is provided.  Dry snacks can be brought into the dorm.  There are not fridges in the dorm rooms, and coolers are not allowed. 

Every effort will be made to accommodate your requested t-shirt size, however, t-shirt sizes will not be guaranteed.

Dorms house two people per room.  Every effort is made to honor roommate requests.  Campers without roommate requests are paired with other campers that are similar in age.
