• Concordia felt like it let one get away on Saturday (Sept. 4) in Salina, Kan., as it settled for a 1-1 draw at Kanas Wesleyan. The Bulldogs gave up the equalizer in the 87th minute.

  • In the first meeting between the Concordia and Grand View programs since 2012, the Bulldogs stumbled for the first time this season, albeit in a strong effort. The Vikings won, 2-0, on Wednesday (Sept. 1).

  • After winning twice at home in the opening week of the season, the Bulldogs will take their act on the road for matchups with Grand View (Sept. 1) and Kansas Wesleyan (Sept. 4).

  • Isaiah Shaddick buried a pair of goals in less than 20 minutes while helping stake Concordia to a 4-0 lead. Ultimately, the Bulldogs won their season opener, 4-2, over York College.

  • The Concordia Men's Soccer season will open up at home as the Bulldogs host York College and Tabor College. The Bulldogs were picked fourth in the GPAC preseason poll.
