Consistent standouts at the top of the lineup, Drew D'Ercole and Ivan Yabut paced the Bulldogs at the Doane Spring Invite with top 10 finishes. As a group, the Concordia 'A' team placed fourth with a two-round score of 326-304–630.
In the annual rivalry matchup between Concordia Men’s Golf and Doane, the Tigers got the upper hand on Saturday (March 19), winning the match, 15.5 to 14.5. The unique event features both singles and doubles matches.
The strong play of Drew D'Ercole, who tied for 12th overall, stood out as the highlight of the two-day Warrior Invitational held in Vegas. The Bulldogs carded a two-day team total of 323-320–643 while at Stallion Mountain Golf Club.
The Bulldogs sprung into action for the first time in the calendar year 2022 when they carded a 323 team score on Monday. Concordia is in the midst of a two-day event held at Stallion Mountain Golf Club in Las Vegas.
After venturing to Prescott, Ariz., in 2020, the Concordia Men's Golf program is getting set to play at the Warrior Invitational in Las Vegas on Monday and Tuesday (March 7-8). It will be the first event of the spring for the Bulldogs.
Concordia Men's Golf will venture to Las Vegas while teeing off the spring portion of the 2021-22 schedule. The spring slate will feature a total of six events leading up to the GPAC Championships in late April.
Concordia improved its score slightly on day two while competing at the Nebraska Intercollegiate held at Norfolk Country Club (Oct. 8-9). The Bulldogs were led individually by the likes of Jack Williams and Gavin McWhorter.
With state bragging rights on the line at the Nebraska Intercollegiate, the Bulldogs carded a team score of 308 on Friday (Oct. 8). Individually, five Concordia golfers shot scores in the 70s, led by a 74 from Jack Williams.
Paced by Ivan Yabut (sixth individually), the Bulldogs reside in sixth place halfway through the 2021-22 GPAC Championships. Concordia carded a two-round score of 298-308–606 at Indian Creek Golf Course.
