• The pooch punting of Korrell Koehlmoos in the win at Hastings has earned him the GPAC Special Teams Player of the Week award. Koehlmoos pinned the Broncos inside their own 20 four times.

  • If the Bulldogs continue their winning ways on Saturday, the program will have accomplished a feat it hasn't achieved since 1970: defeat Doane, Hastings and Midland in the same season. Concordia will be at Hastings for the final week of the regular season.

  • For his role in the 20-13 win over Doane, senior linebacker Jorge Ocha has been named the GPAC Defensive Player of the Week. Ochoa returned an interception for a touchdown and made nine tackles.

  • Concordia followed its dominant defense to a 20-13 slugfest of a win over Doane on senior day Saturday (Nov. 6). Jorge Ochoa emerged with a pick six and Joan Weyand ran for 112 yards and a score in the victory.

  • A three-interception performance in the win over Midland led to Peyton Mitchell being named the GPAC Defensive Player of the Week. Mitchell is the fifth Bulldog this season to earn a conference weekly award.

  • Concordia defensive backs feasted on Midland's quarterbacks on Saturday (Oct. 23), picking off six passes on the way to a 21-7 victory. Peyton Mitchell came away with three interceptions as the defense dominated.

  • Concordia's three-game win streak will be on the line on Saturday as the Bulldogs welcome Midland to Seward for the 66th all-time meeting between the two programs. The Warriors have won the past two matchups.
