A personal best automatic qualifying time to begin the outdoor season yielded a GPAC Athlete of the Week award for Jonny The Jet Jurchen. He currently leads the NAIA in the 5,000-meter race walk.
The 2026 outdoor season officially kicks off this Saturday (March 28) at the Central Nebraska Challenge to be held at Kearney High School. One NAIA auto mark is already on the board thanks to Jonny Jurchen.
