
2025-26 CSC NAIA Women’s XC/TF Academic All-Americans

SEWARD, Neb. – Months after her graduation, the honors continue to pile up for Adrianna Rodencal. A day after being announced as Concordia University, Nebraska’s 2025-26 Senior Female Athlete of the Year, she has been recognized as a 2025-26 NAIA First Team Academic All-American by College Sports Communicators. The NAIA honor roll for track & field/cross country includes 10 first team honorees and 10 second team selections. The award winners were voted upon by members of College Sports Communicators.
The 2025-26 Academic All-America® Cross Country/Track & Field Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and academically. Student-athletes must achieve a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher (as sophomores, juniors or seniors) in order to be nominated for this award. Nominees also had to meet specific requirements in terms of competitions participated in during the 2025-26 seasons. The CSC Academic All-America® program recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Rodencal rose to the first team on the Academic All-America list after garnering second team honors as a junior in 2024-25. A Lincoln native and Lincoln Lutheran High School product, Rodencal graduated from Concordia with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. A well-rounded, exemplary student-athlete, Rodencal crafted a career that ranks her among the top track athletes in Bulldog history. During her senior year, she captured NAIA national titles in 60-meter hurdles and 100-meter hurdles. Rodencal concluded her career with eight total NAIA All-America awards, 14 GPAC individual titles, five GPAC Athlete of the Year awards and 41 GPAC All-Conference medals.
Rodencal wrapped up her collegiate athletic career as the program standard bearer across all hurdles events and for two relay teams. She is also the GPAC meet record holder in all hurdles events. She helped lead the women’s program to four team GPAC championships and was a member of four squads that placed top 10 at the NAIA National Championships. Rodencal is also a three-time NAIA Midwest Region Women’s Track Athlete of the Year and a both a three-time Academic All-District honoree and NAIA Scholar-Athlete. Rodencal plans to serve as an assistant on the Concordia Track & Field coaching staff in 2026-27.
