With the help of Anthony Perez's tech fall at 157, the Bulldogs emerged with a 32-18 GPAC dual win over Midland on Thursday (Dec. 9). Concordia won six of the 10 matches, including a triumph for TJ Huber at 174.

Dominant performances from Mason Garcia and Jacob Telles helped salvage the night to some degree as the Bulldogs hosted Hastings in their 2021-22 home debut. The Broncos wound up winning, 29-17, on Thursday (Nov. 11).

Andrew Nicola, most recently an assistant coach at California Baptist University, has been hired as head wrestling coach at Concordia University. He takes the place of former head coach Dana Vote.
