First team All-American senior guard Kristen Conahan hit three after three down the stretch to propel the fifth-ranked Concordia women’s basketball team to a 90-82 victory over No. 5 Morningside inside Walz Arena last week. The GPAC took notice and on Tuesday named Conahan the first conference player of the week of the 2013-14 season.
