After an uneventful week with both matches postponed, the Concordia Men’s Soccer team continues their GPAC slate this week. The Bulldogs host Doane on Wednesday in their lone match this week. Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m.
The men’s soccer programs of Concordia and Briar Cliff have announced the postponement of their scheduled meeting in Seward on Oct. 21. The makeup date is set for Nov. 14.

Prior to a chippy battle with Hastings, the Bulldogs honored a group of six seniors as part of the festivities on Saturday (Oct. 17). GPAC power Hastings emerged with a 3-1 win.
After battling Mount Marty to a 2-2 tie on Monday, the Concordia University Men’s Soccer team continues its fall slate this weekend. The Bulldogs will be honoring their senior class when they take the pitch on Saturday, Oct. 17, to face Hastings College.
For the second week in a row, Iker Casanova has been honored as the GPAC Defensive Player of the Week. Casanova scored two goals in last week's 4-1 win over Jamestown.
Playing for the second time in three days, the Bulldogs settled for a 2-2 draw at Mount Marty on Monday (Oct. 12). Matt Schultz and Yessine Bessaïes found the back of the net for Concordia.
Iker Casanova (two goals) and Carlos Orquiz (one goal, two assists) supplied the firepower as Concordia defeated Jamestown, 4-1, while pushing its win streak to six.
The Bulldogs will ride their unblemished conference mark (3-0) into Saturday’s match against Jamestown. Kickoff from Bulldog Stadium is set for 3:30 p.m. CT.
For the third week in a row, a member of the men's soccer program has earned a GPAC weekly award. Freshman Iker Casanova is this week's honoree following the 2-0 win over Dakota Wesleyan.
