Homecoming week on the Concordia University, Nebraska campus provides an opportunity to look back at the school’s history and traditions. Bulldog Football played its first official game back in 1925.

The 100th season of Concordia University, Nebraska Football will officially open on Saturday with a night game at Bulldog Stadium. Waldorf will serve as the opponent to kick off 2026.
Season No. 100 begins with high aspirations with the program having produced a combined 15-5 record over the past two seasons. The Bulldogs retained nearly 100 players from last season’s roster in a marker of the program’s winning culture.
