Prepped at Grand Island Central Catholic High School … coached by Maria Tibbetts … lettered all four years … according to Max Preps collected a .485 batting average and 47 hits her senior year … also competed in basketball and track all four years … won first place at state track in the 3200 … awarded academic all-state, high honor roll and Dwight D Eisenhower Award.
