• The golf course became a sanctuary for Nolan Zikas, who fought victoriously against cancer. The fight became especially intense during his freshman year. The star golfer is now two-and-a-half years cancer free.

  • An accomplished performer with three collegiate seasons in the books, perennial all-conference honoree Nolan Zikas has been named a Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar by the GCAA.

  • Nolan Zikas is now 3-for-3 in regards to earning all-conference accolades. He placed 16th in the GPAC this season and broke the program record for lowest scoring average in a single season.

  • The Concordia men's golf team will go into the final round of the GPAC championships in fifth place. Individually, Nolan Zikas is in good position for another all-conference honor. The action will continue Tuesday (April 24).

  • One of three teams to tie for first with a 300, the Bulldogs won the Midland Spring Invite in dramatic fashion. A Kort Steele birdie on the second playoff hole provided the difference for tournament champion Concordia.

  • Concordia fell short in its aim to claim a title at the two-round GPAC Spring Preview. The Bulldogs fell back to fifth place by the conclusion of play on Thursday (April 12). Nolan Zikas was the individual runner up.

    Bulldogs, Zikas finish day one on top

    Concordia owns a team lead and has the individual front runner after day one of the GPAC Spring Preview played in Eagle, Neb. The Bulldogs shot a team round of 297 to top the field of 15 squads.
